In December Mr. Andrei Chioibasu from Friendly Design hired me for a short  commercial photo shoot. Little did i knew that i was going to meet this amazing family and photograph their Christmas portraits a few days later. Lucy, beautiful lady and mother of seven is so energetic and full of life,… also did i mentioned she makes the best coffee??  Her children are just a delight and fun. It was really cold for an outdoor session, so we decided for a studio session. Now my apartment is not big enough to accommodate a large family portrait but we decided that we will be using their master bedroom, which is pretty much the size of half of my house. ) We had great large windows to work with but Sunday the weather was just gloomy. Beautiful bright light nowhere to be seen, so i called my good photographer friends Elida Ticula and Susan Ashe for some studio lights, imagine this..me and studio lights….hm….. Problem solved, 2 hours later we got beautiful images and portraits of all the kids. How gorgeous are they?  You should see the beautiful huge canvas on their dining room wall that  i delivered today!

I had Elena and her beautiful family a few weeks ago in my home studio for a family photo-shoot. I do not do usually large family photo shoots inside but this is a special ocasion. Elena just got back from Texas where she started her treatment for breast cancer that now spread more in her body.  She is responding well to the treatment and she already started chemo therapy but she wanted a family portrait before she loses her hair so i had to break my rules. Her children are adorable and so well behaved that i new it will go as smooth as i was planing to. We were done with the entire photo shoot in less then 45 minutes.  Elena we are praying for you and strength from God. Be blessed my beautiful friend!

Daniela and Andrei Chioibasu are my friends. I feel so blessed to have them in my life. Daniela is a wonderful lady and mother  and i am proud to call her one of my best friends and Andrei…well he is my web designer. Every time i need anything that has to do with my web appearance he is in charge. My website and blog page would not look so beautiful without his help. Two years ago i photographed their first son Joshua. He is a cutie, but this year they brought me Juliana. Awe, she is just simply adorable. Chubby cheeks, full and kissable lips, blue eyes, and the list could go on.  You could hug her non stop. So Sunday morning i invited Mariana Volkers from Picture Me to join the fun and photograph this little beauty.  Juliana thank you for being such a doll and letting us create those beautiful images.
